Jeff Meyer Coach/Director
Jeff Meyer started Texas Hardball in December of 2008. Texas Hardball started with the Texas Hardball Saturday Show on 1530 ESPN Radio here in Austin and changed to the Texas Hardball Baseball Academy. TexasHardball.com is the website for Coach Meyer's camps, teams, and private instruction. Coach Meyer coached at Concordia University and ran the camps from 1998-2008. During the time at Concordia, Coach Meyer coached the summer and fall league teams for Round Rock High School, 1997-2002. Jeff also played at Concordia for four years under James Keller and graduated with a degree in Secondary Education. Coach Meyer has been involved with working and running camps along with private instruction for players of all ages for the past 18 years. Coach Meyer will be running camps throughout the summer and fall, along with private instruction, and coaching clinics. Texas Hardball is moving to having 2 12 U teams for the Fall of 2011.

Jeff has had the opportunity to be around and learn from all these fine coaches over the last 20 or so years and continues to learn and develop a philosophy that teaches baseballs way. Its baseballs way!

Stephen Szkotak- Coach/Assistant Director
Coach Szkotak started with Texas Hardball this fall of 2011. He joins Coach Jeff Meyer after having played for him in college at Concordia from 2006-2009. Coach Sko graduated from Dripping Springs High School in 2005 then graduated from Concordia University Texas in 2009. Coach Sko also played three years of independent professional baseball as a pitcher in Alpine, TX and Florence, KY. In between playing he coached at the college level for two years. One year at Concordia, and another at Sul Ross State University in Alpine where he also completed his Master's degree in 2011.
