Waiver
I fully understand that my participation and the participation of my child in the 2010 Texas Hardball Baseball Camp may result in injury or illness. Although, I fully appreciate those risks, I desire to have the participation take place without regard to consequences. I waive all claims I may have against Texas Hardball and Jeff Meyer, Camp representatives, staff, and or other individual or organization resulting in whole or in part from my participation in the camp, or the acts or commissions by any organization or individual that may take place in the connection with the camp. This shall be binding on my heirs, legatees, administration, and assigns. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all the foregoing to use photographs, video tapes, or any other kind of record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
